Welcome to the Registration Page for the Initial Planning Conference of Cyber Coalition 2025 (CC25)

You are invited to the National Scripting Conference (NSC), taking place from Tuesday, 23 September to Friday, 26 September 2025 at the Dorint Hotel Blüemlisalp Beatenberg/Interlaken (hotel website) in Beatenberg, Switzerland. An Exercise Group (EG)-only meeting will be held on Monday, 22 September, starting at 09:00 AM (CET).

The aim of the NSC is to prepare, plan, and script the Cyber Coalition 2025 exercise. All EXCON members and Partners are expected to attend ready to script content tailored to their national Training Audience (TA) requirements. The conference is open to members of the Exercise Group (EG) and the Exercise Planning Team (EPT).

Conference Schedule (CET)

• EG-only meeting: Monday, 22 September 2025, 09:00 AM
• Start of NSC: Tuesday, 23 September 2025, 09:00 AM
• Ice-Breaker Event: Tuesday, 23 September, 06:00 PM – Informal welcome gathering
• Conference Days: Wednesday to Friday, 24–26 September, daily sessions
• Hosted Dinner: Thursday, 25 September, 07:00 PM, followed by
  Karaoke & Dance Night at the hotel’s club – a relaxed networking opportunity
• End of NSC: Friday, 26 September 2025, 12:00 PM

Conference Fee

A mandatory fee of 250 CHF per participant applies and is required for all attendees—no reductions or exemptions will be granted. This fee includes the full day package:

• Access to all conference rooms and facilities
• Lunch (Tuesday to Thursday, 23–25 September)
• Dinner (Monday to Thursday, 22–25 September)
• Two snack breaks per day
• Coffee/tea and still/sparkling water throughout the day
• Free WiFi access during the conference

Accommodation

Due to the remote location of the hotel, participants are strongly advised to stay onsite.
A special conference rate of 138 CHF/night (single room incl. breakfast) is available.
Room booking details will follow below. Early arrival is possible from Saturday, 20 September, and departure until Saturday, 28 September 2025.

Airport Transfer

A group transfer will be organized between Zurich Airport (ZRH) and the conference venue in Beatenberg:

• Inbound Transfer:
  Monday, 22 September 2025, departure at 1:30 PM (CET) from Zurich Airport
  ➤ Meeting point: To be Confirmed (Available not later than 01.08.2025)
  ➤ Please be at the meeting point by 1:15 PM
• Return Transfer:
  Friday, 26 September 2025, departure at 12:30 PM (CET) from Beatenberg
  ➤ Estimated arrival at Zurich Airport: between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM, considering regular traffic and expected Friday congestion

Security Clearance

The NSC will include sessions classified as NATO RESTRICTED. Therefore:

• An attestation of valid security clearance must be submitted to hqsact.cckm(at)nato.int by 01 September 2025.
• Participants without valid clearance will not be able to attend the classified sessions, but all unclassified sessions remain unaffected.
• Private electronic devices (e.g., laptops, smartphones) are not permitted during classified sessions.
