You will find refined regional delicacies from the Bernese Oberland on the menu, such as fresh whitefish from Lake Thun, organic beef from the Alpine herdsman or chamois from local hunts. Not to mention the incomparable mountain cheese. In addition, the chef uses juicy mountain herbs, aromatic porcini mushrooms and delicious berries in his menus, depending on the season, to prepare a real taste experience for his guests.
